Received an Error Message: R67 Without AC Modules

Error Message Received: R67

What causes this error?

This error occurs when the selected module on the CEC list of approved equipment does not carry the required UL certification (UL 1703, UL 61730, or both). Note: This applies to designs that do not include AC modules. 

Modules added to the CEC list before 2020 must carry UL 1703, UL 61730, or both. Modules added after 2020 must carry UL 61730, (UL 1703 alone is no longer sufficient, as the standard was retired and superseded). 

Example:

In the CEC list below for this module, the certification is UL 1703, and the CEC shows an add date of 1/21/2020. Since this module is not UL 61730-certified, the R67 error will occur in the application. 

Potential Solution:

To resolve this error, select a different module that meets the required UL certification for its listing date.
