This error indicates SolarAPP+ couldn't verify that your solar panels and the racking system are certified to work safely together, or it could be that the combination has not yet been updated in the SolarAPP+ database.

For example, if a project uses JA Solar JAM54D41-425/MB modules with the Unirac NXT UMOUNT racking system and the R72 error appears during application review, you will need to provide documentation confirming that the two are compatible under UL 2703.

To confirm if the combination is approved under UL 2703, you can reference the racking installation instructions where a list of approved modules can be found.
For this example, provided below is a snippet of the Unirac NXT UMOUNT racking installation instructions showing the module model is compatible with the racking.
