This error is caused by the chosen racking and module combination may not be UL 2703 listed for grounding and bonding with one another in the SolarAPP+ database.

If it is confirmed that the selected modules and racking are not compliant together under UL 2703 then another solution is finding a combination that is compliant with one another. You can generally find a table of approved combinations in the Racking Manufacturer's Installation Instructions.
